Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

"Ads Report Tool" (the "Service") is operated by Dotlink Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service lets you view performance data from your Facebook Ads campaigns, share time-limited report links with viewers, and export daily spend summaries to Google Sheets.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and password (used only for sign-in), and your Google sign-in identifier if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Meta credentials: your Facebook/Meta user access token, Meta App ID, and App Secret that you provide to fetch your ad data. These are stored encrypted with your account.
• Ad account data: campaign IDs, ad account names, ad spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, ROAS, and conversion data retrieved from the Meta Graph API using your token.
• Configuration data: viewer codes, share links, USD-to-BDT exchange rates, and Google Sheet webhook URLs you save in your profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and display your ad performance reports.
• To create time-limited viewer share links so others can view a specific campaign report.
• To send daily spend summaries (campaign name, spend, ads manager, rate, and BDT totals) to the Google Sheet you connect.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third parties, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Meta (Facebook) Graph API — used to retrieve your ad campaign performance and spend data. We only access the ad accounts and permissions you authorize.
• Google Sheets (via Apps Script Web App) — your report data is sent to the Google Sheet URL you configure.
• Google Sign-In — used for authentication. We receive your email and basic profile, not your password.

5. Viewer Share Links

When you create a viewer share link, the Service generates a signed token (the ?t= parameter) that grants view-only access to a specific report for a limited time (approximately 8 hours). Viewer links do not expose your Meta access token or account credentials.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored in our managed database and is associated with your account. We retain your configuration and report data for as long as your account is active. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Your Rights

• Regenerate or revoke access tokens at any time from your profile.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Disconnect the Google Sheet webhook at any time.

8. Data Deletion

If you want your account and all related data deleted, email us at rafiulnetflix2@gmail.com from the address registered with your account. We will delete your profile, saved tokens, viewer codes, and configuration within a reasonable time. Data already exported to your own Google Sheet is not under our control and must be managed by you.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
