Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Ads Report Tool (the "Service"), operated by Dotlink Digital, is a web application that displays Facebook Ads campaign performance data (spend, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and more), lets you share time-limited report viewer links, and exports daily spend summaries to Google Sheets.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting your Meta access token, App ID, and App Secret.
• You may regenerate or revoke your access token at any time. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Service only to view and report on ad accounts you are authorized to access.
• You will not use the Service to violate any law, Meta's Platform Policies, or Google's terms of service.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.

4. Meta (Facebook) API Disclaimer

This Service uses the Meta (Facebook) Graph API to retrieve your ad performance data. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of the Meta API is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to access any ad account data you view or export through the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Meta, Google Sheets, and Google Sign-In. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions, availability, or changes to their APIs. Data exported to your Google Sheet is stored and controlled entirely by you.

6. No Warranty; "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the data retrieved from Meta is accurate, complete, or up to date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the reports at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dotlink Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
